The breakfast had fresh fruit salad and good quality ham, and the hotel has a beautiful location in the Swiss countryside near a train station. The staff was friendly and informative.
The cost of dinner was too high for the quality of the food, and the room we stayed in had unfinished parts and overlooked an unappealing building. There was also no air conditioning in the room, and it was difficult to navigate to reception.

Breakfast is a treat with fresh fruit and scenic garden views. Friendly service and helpful staff. the idyllic setting offers hiking trails and lovely rustic scenery to delight.
The price point for the dinner menu may be steep for some.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel surrounded by beautiful hills. The location provided a peaceful retreat in the Swiss countryside near Liestal. Friendly staff. Efficient check-in. Great food. Idyllic setting for hiking. Modern, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with a view. Nice location in Swiss countryside. Wonderful wines and private dining experience.

the location is also great, surrounded by the typical Swiss countryside, and perfect for hiking activities. the modern room and bathroom were well-furnished and came with a comfortable bed.
The dinner at the restaurant was very pricey and there were no lower budget alternatives available, which was quite disappointing. there was no shuttle service offered to the train station, so transportation could be quite a hassle.
